Return & Refund Policy
At Charming Present, your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received.

In its original packaging with all tags attached.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Step 1: Email us at support@charming-present.com to initiate your request.

Step 2: If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

4. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and logistical reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Custom/Personalized products (e.g., special orders or tailored items).

Perishable goods, personal care items, or hazardous materials.

Sale items and Gift Cards.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
