    Where’s my order?

    Your order goes through the following steps once it has been placed. You will receive 3 emails: Order Confirmation, Shipment Confirmation, and Delivery Status Notification.

    How long does it take to receive my order, and how much will it cost to ship?

    • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 7 – 9 business days. It takes 1 – 3 business days to ship your order from our warehouse to logistics companies.
    • Shipping Time: You will receive your order from 7 – 15 business days (depending on the destination) from the date that it is shipped out, not the date when the order is placed.
      If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

    Order Tracking

    You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

    If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

    If it is over your estimated arrival date listed above, please contact us at support@charming-present.com. We will take care of this for you.

    Return & Exchange Policy:

    Currently, there is NO return policy for change of mind or errors you made in your order. We only accept returns or exchanges for the item you purchased that is defective within 30 days of the date of delivery. (Please check our Return & Exchange Policy).

    INCORRECT ADDRESS

    Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.

    If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
